Description:

Service design assignment for the Gothenburg Film Festival carried out within the fictional consultancy User Experience AB. Conducted user analysis, followed by personas, current-state business model canvas, scenarios, and customer journey maps. Developed future-state concepts including an updated business model canvas, new scenarios, customer journey maps, and service blueprints to improve the overall festival experience.
